Savor the taste of the Midwest with beer-stuffed tomato ravioli and a crispy mini blooming onion. Then, journey south with a gourmet twist on the classic stadium brat, infused with house-made mustard and served over warm German potato salad. Next, experience the southwest with Indian fry bread topped with a grilled cheese curd patty, fiery chiles, and zesty crema.

No state fair feast is complete without the ultimate Iowa indulgence – a deep-fried Berkwood Farms T-bone pork chop, elevated with sweet corn elote purée and crispy zucchini fritters. And finally, end on a sweet note with a giant Wisconsin cream puff, filled with luscious raspberry cream and adorned with cayenne spun sugar. Yum!
