• Amuse (GS): Marinated & grilled jumbo shrimp over prairie breeze white cheddar grits, roasted red pepper coulis. Wine Pairing: Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc
• 2nd Course (GS): Pan-seared sea scallops with garlic herb butter over lemon white wine risotto cake with sautéed rainbow chard.
• 3rd Course (GS/Dairy-Free): Duet of smoked petite filet and halibut en papillote with spring peas, shallots, cherry tomatoes, Peruvian sweet peppers, olive oil and fresh herbs (seafood-only option available). Wine Pairing: Belle Glos Pinot Noir Rosé
• 4th Course: Mixed berry shortcake with grilled macerated strawberries, crème anglaise & chocolate strawberry powder. (GS option available on request)

• Tickets must be purchased in advance. Pay through PayPal or choose to pay another way to use your credit or debit card.

• Physical tickets not required at the event, we will check your name off our list when you arrive.

• Admission includes four-course meal, one glass of sparkling wine on arrival, and two paired glasses during dinner. Additional cocktails and beverages will be available for purchase. Cashless bar, credit card or digital payment is accepted. No outside food or drink allowed.

• Free parking is available on-site and at the adjacent property. See below to reference a parking map. Enter through the main entrance off the circle drive.
